Shipping + Returns
Orders are processed in the order that they are received and all orders ship within two business days via USPS or Fedex. Shipping is calculated in the cart based on the weight of your items. Tracking information and shipping notifications will be sent for every order at the time of shipment.
Please double check your shipping address. we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive because the address was entered incorrectly.
We use all glass containers, and for this reason our Bath Salts and Scrubs are all over 1 lb so it is more cost effective to ship multiple items in one order.
International orders are shipped via USPS FIrst Class International and Priority mail international. Tracking is not available outside the continental US.. Delivery time varies by destination. Normally, it takes approximately 14 business days but sometimes, depending on your customs process it may take MUCH longer, especially during the busy holiday season. We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Unfortunately, we have NO CONTROL over how long it takes for the item to reach you.
The shipping info has to be in Latin/English alphabet as it is required by the US post office. We will not be able to ship your item(s) if your mailing info is in other than English alphabet, and will have no choice but to cancel your order.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be. as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be & for further information prior to making a purchase.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delivery delays beyond our original estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms.
At Shanti Aromatherapy we pride ourselves on carrying the highest quality essential oils and products. Because of the personal use nature of our products we do not allow returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives and is damaged in any way please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order and we will immediately refund or replace any damaged items.
