A few notes about essential Oils:

  1. Essential Oils are highly concentrated and volatile. Always treat essential oils with the utmost respect and use them carefully. Make sure to research all possible reactions and interactions before using essential oils.

  2. Essential oils can irritate the skin and mucous membranes if not properly diluted before application to the skin.

  3. Essential oils should generally be avoided if you are pregnant and some can be toxic during pregnancy. Please consult your physician before use.

  4. Many citrus essential oils are phototoxic (this means they will cause you skin to burn more easily) and should not be used on the skin if you plan to go out in the sun within 12-24 hours.
