This is my classic Be Calm blend in a pure essential oil formula that can be used in an aromatherapy diffuser or added to your favorite carrier oil (15 drops per ounce of oil).

The prevailing note is beautiful Lavender and this blend is calming, relaxing, and helps reduce nervous tension. Cedarwood essential oil is grounding and promotes insight, meditation, and focus.
