Release is a blend designed to help with the release of tense cranial muscles. It includes oils of Lavender, Peppermint, and Rosemary that are known to relieve head pains, as well as Fragonia to release feelings of anxiousness and tension. It is slightly cooling, and comforts tired stiff neck muscles.

Release is best used diluted in a carrier oil and applied to the back of the neck at the base of the skull and pressure points of the forehead. It also makes a wonderful warm or cool moist compress, and it can be sprinkled on a tissue for inhalation.
