Chamomile is the perfect essential oil for calming and relaxation. It assists in wiping away the tension of the day that often settles in the tense muscles of the head and neck, bringing a sense of harmony and restful sleep. I also use this oil in many of my custom blends for muscle aches.

Chamomile is also frequently used for skin care to relieve dry skin, and it is also often found in formulations for irritated and sensitive skin.

This oil is very effective mixed with a carrier oil for massage where it can be slowly absorbed by the skin to relieve stress and muscle aches. It also works great in a room diffuser.
