Like fresh Pink grapefruit this essential oil is characterized by a fruity and bright aroma. It is very refreshing and stimulating, and can brighten any mood. I put a few drops on my sleeve as I am headed out the door on a groggy morning and soon I am ready to take on the day.

Pink grapefruit is also wonderfully cleansing and purifying. Used in an diffuser it freshens and cleans the air.

I would use this oil on a tissue or in a diffuser, and added to water it makes an excellent room spray. It can also be used in a carrier oil for massage- however please use caution and do not go out into the sun for at least 12 hours afterward as grapefruit is phototoxic.
