Basil is a characteristically green, and culinary herbaceous scent. This variety has very little camphor and a sweetness that remains on a blotter.

Basil balances the nerves so it is beneficial for nervousness, lack of sleep, and feelings of anxiousness. It is uplifting to the mind and the body.

This oil is best enjoyed sprinkled on a tissue, in a warm moist compress, or diluted in a carrier or massage oil.
